2. Can I get samples before purchasing?
Yes! We offer flooring samples so you can see and feel the product before making a decision. Visit our product pages to order a sample.
3. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery typically takes 3-7 working days, depending on your location and the product you order. For urgent needs, we also offer express delivery options. Please see our Delivery Information page for more details.
4. Do you offer installation services?
Currently, we do not offer in-house installation services. However, we are happy to recommend professional installers in your area.
5. What is your returns policy?
You can return standard items within 7 working days of delivery as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
6. Are there any restocking fees for returns?

10. Do you have a showroom I can visit?
At this time, we operate online only. However, our sample service and detailed product descriptions should help you make an informed choice.
