Refund Eligibility
- Standard Items: You can cancel or return standard items within 7 working days of delivery for a refund. This applies to all flooring products, excluding custom or bespoke orders.
- Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or bespoke orders, including made-to-measure flooring or special finishes, cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Upon Receiving Your Items
- Inspect Immediately: When your flooring arrives, carefully inspect it for any damage or defects. If you notice any issues, report them to FlooringDoneRight.co.uk or the delivery driver immediately.
- Document Any Damage: Note any damage on the proof of delivery and take clear photographs. Email these images, along with a description of the damage, to support@flooringdoneright.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may invalidate your claim for a refund or replacement.
- Handle with Care: Please avoid using or altering the items in any way while you await a resolution. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items arrived damaged or faulty.
Cancelling Your Order
- Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@flooringdoneright.co.uk. A cancellation fee of 1.5% of the total order value, plus £0.20, will apply.
- Returning Your Items: To initiate a return, contact us within 7 working days of delivery. Include your order number and request return instructions. Once we receive the items and confirm they are in good condition, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping costs and restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within a few days of receiving your return but may take up to 14 days. Please allow time for the transaction to be completed, depending on your payment method.

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Premdor and Custom Orders: Bespoke orders and specific brands like Premdor are non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
